Business Development Manager – BPO
Job Description
Job purpose
The primary function of the role is to develop the BPO WING with HTIC Global and cater to all industry through outsource model.
Duties and responsibilities
Identifying, qualifying, and securing BPO business opportunities (For International); coordinating business generation activities; Looking for solutions. Key Account Management Meeting and follow-up with prospective clients Initiate discussions for new business acquisitions Finalizing on the cost, billing, SOPs, and closing the deal Co-ordinating with internal stake holders in setting up of new business till BAU Looking for opportunities to increase the capacity and acquire additional business from existing clients
Qualifications
Education: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
Skills: Excellent communication skills
Characteristics: Go getter and leadership abilities
Skills: Must have experience in Client Acquisition, Business Acquisition (Getting BPO business from prospect clients). Go getter approach - Good client base - Should have hands on market and sector knowledge for Voice, Email, Chat & Data Transaction processes
Presentable with excellent communication skills Experience with BPO business development (getting the processes for the company) will be bigger advantage
Working conditions
Sunday FIXED OFF and alternative Saturdays
