Job Description
Job purpose
Proven experience as product owner or a role similar to this, in an agile environment, attentive to detail and structure, strong coaching skills and collaboration abilities towards multiple teams. Excellent communication and advisory skills in word and writing to be used in communication with customers worldwide.
Duties and responsibilities
Work as a member of the Scrum teams - fulfilling the Product owner role;
Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs/interests and responsibility to represent these within the Scrum team;
Collaborating closely with the Scrum team on a daily basis, responsible for defining the “what” and explaining the “why”, allowing the team to define the “how”.
Prepare the requirement document, wireframes, and other documents based on the requirement.
Need to assist and suggest the various options to the end-user based on their requirements.
Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, showing what the Scrum team is working on next;
Ensuring that the Backlog items are refined to the level needed by the team enabling specifications;
Working closely with the Product management/business leads to create and maintain the Product Backlog aligned with the product vision and roadmap;
Play an active role in further defining the product vision and road-map;
Lead/coordinate the testing and software validation activities
Performs other duties as directed.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and come up with initiatives to improve online conversions and service improvements
Develop and consistent update of product strategy and product road map
Create a high level website and deliver the optimal user experience
Making sure the customer journey runs smoothly in both online and offline channels from a product perspective and quality standards that are set
The demands and feedbacks of the customers are heard and initiatives to improve the journey are taken at regular intervals
Be the optimal liaison with the development and business team
Qualifications
Education: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
Skills: Excellent communication skills
Characteristics: Go getter and leadership abilities

Ability to monitor and control project budgets
Capability to make decisions under pressure
Working conditions
Work timing, Any time between 9AM to 9PM. Sunday Week off. Work from office.
